职位描述：
为新进员工和在职员工提供环境健康安全培训，并做好相应的课件开发，以及处理相关行政事务。同时积极参与策划和组织环境健康安全部门的宣传活动。
Provides EHS training programs to newly hired and existing Team Members, develop EHS training materials, handles associated administrative tasks.
At the main while, participate planning of EHS team promotion and events actively.
主要职责：
为北京环球度假区范围内所有员工开展环境健康安全培训，包括但不限于环境健康安全入职培训，高处作业，化学品安全，听力保护，血源性病原体等课程。
协助上级完成培训需求辨识，并建立基于岗位风险的环境健康安全培训矩阵。
完成或协助上级完成环境健康安全相关培训课件开发，积极落实公司培训目标。
做好培训前和培训后的行政管理工作，包括课程计划、培训协调、培训记录管理、培训后资料管理、课程测试和培训效果追踪等。
参与定期现场支持活动，包括安全检查、与部门管理人员合作，向所有员工提供现场指导或支持，以满足度假区环境健康安全部门的标准、政策和程序的要求。
积极参与策划和组织环境健康安全部门的宣传活动。
通过遵守北京环球度假区政策、程序、培训、员工活动要求，理解并积极遵守公司环境健康安全职责。
完成直线经理交代的其它任务。
Conducts courses including but not limited to EHS onboarding training, LOTO, Work At Height, Chemical Safety, resort wide for all Team Members on all shifts.
Support line manager to complete training needs analysis, and setup EHS training matrix based on position risk.
Develop and/or support line manager to develop EHS related training materials initiatives in support of implementation of the company's training plan objective.
Manage pre and post training administrative works include scheduling, coordinating, training records management, compliance reporting, testing and follow-up, etc.
Participate onsite observation activities, work together with EHS management team to provide onsite instruction and support to all TMs, to satisfy UBR EHS standards, policy and procedures requirements.
Participate and support EHS team communication and events actively.
